The Reliance Foundation/Jr. NBA India "Inspire Youth to Play" program is anchored in a schoolbased program which provides PE instructors/coaches the resources to teach the game and grow participation. The key goals of the program are to create a significant increase in youth basketball participation at the grassroots level and showcase the benefits of exercise to youth development by inspiring children to play. This RF Jr. NBA program, which works with youth ages 8-16 and grow the game of basketball, is the NBA’s largest grassroots in-school basketball program anywhere in the world.Duties Include :• Lead and/or assist with the Jr. NBA training session for local coaches and PE teachers. • Liaison for school administrators to ensure Jr. NBA agreement is being upheld and successful.• Provide ongoing training and support for the local coaches and PE teachers participating in the program. • Provide leadership and development of assigned Jr. NBA assistant coaches.• Conduct daily scheduled in school basketball sessions.• Conduct weekly Jr. NBA after school sessions for advanced players. • Responsible for the organization and scheduling of Jr. NBA individual and team competitions.• Administer Jr. NBA evaluation session at end of program in each of the assigned schools
