My role is to understand departmental business needs and deliver technical solutions within the scope and vision of the entire corporation. Myself and my team have successfully delivered a corporate asset management system (Cityworks) to multiple departments. The ultimate goal is to extend the life of our city assets using modern predictive maintenance techniques and life cycle costing analysis. Part of this role includes delivering dynamic dashboards and reports for operational managers and divisional directors to better understand the data in order to make better decisions.
