As transmission engineer, I got chance to know more about BSC, RF optimization, L3 switches and routers. I have been involved in IP planning, managing switches, routers, servers, and MW link planning and optimization. I am trained with following standard methods and procedures of handling any changes activities in live server. I have a brief knowledge about Radio network optimisation and testing of GSM and 3G network, and conducted call test, voice quality test and data throughput test.I am a fast learner and enthusiastic to latest technologies. Deploying and coordinating with field teams for alarms clearance and smooth running of transmission equipments, have given me chance to step up with responsibility of team leading and team work.

I have worked as operation and maintenance engineer, which helped me gather ample knowledge about telecommunication devices such as BTS, RRU, RF Antenna, transmission devices such as L2 switches, MW devices and optical equipments.I have handled regular preventive maintenance (PM) of telecom devices and their corrective maintenance (CM) upon fault analysis. I have hands on experience on power rectifiers and power distribution, battery testing and fault analysis, solar system and its installation.
