Performs project management activities with primary focus of developing and managing large complex program schedules. Works with project teams to develop and maintain program schedules. Ensure the incorporation of external (e.g. partners, customers, etc.) and internal schedules and dependencies, perform critical path analysis, and analyze schedule risk. Analyzes 3rd party schedules to ensure correct relationships and accurate data. Maintains and provides variance analysis and work with project teams to gather schedule requirements, dependencies and activities. Participates in project reviews and status meetings and generates reports for internal and external use in tracking programs’ progress. Conducts audits on program schedules throughout project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning, scheduling, and control of projects. Establishes standard processes, procedures, best practices for future ‘Master Schedulers’ that will be joining the team. This includes mentoring those future team members. Participates in peer reviews and lessons learned as needed.
