Managed the development of detailed cost and revenue analyses to determine Ford’s competitive per-unit financial position. These improvements were favorably received by the CFOs of Ford Credit and Ford Motor, external investors, the rating agencies, and the media and helped support compliance with new Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.Directed the development and implementation of an all-new profit forecasting and reporting system which accurately assigns financing profits to automotive vehicle lines using contract-level data from Ford Credit’s transaction systems for improved decision making. Managed finance professionals responsible for external 10Q/10K profit reporting, internal corporate profit forecasting, securitization profit forecasting, and business planning.

Developed a strategic assessment of Ford Credit to generate consensus within Ford Credit and Ford Motor around market growth opportunities, key success factors, industry trends, and Ford Credit’s strengths and weaknesses.Created presentations for Ford’s CEO and the Ford Board of Directors highlighting the state of Ford Credit’s business, major challenges facing it, and plans to address these challenges.
