My job involves understanding user needs, brainstorming solutions, creating designs, and working closely with engineers to bring those ideas to life.I’ve been in the Web3 space for 7 years, which enables me to understand most of the industry's concepts at least on a high level and certain ones in greater detail as well. I’ve worked with 20+ different Web3 projects, some of them closed multi-million dollar fundraises.I'm specialising in Web3 UI/UX design (product design and management). I design user interfaces and develop user experiences. My work is iterative as I adapt my work based on user feedback, building them into reality. I adopt the design thinking framework, which helps with setting up all the processes needed for delivering a great product. I understand decentralised application user flows very well since I use them on a daily basis and have experience working with such platforms. I understand visual brand representation, user experiences and user interface concepts that are good or bad based on my graphic design background and years of experience in this field. I am familiar with tools that allow the collection of valuable information about how the users use and perceive your product (webpage/webapp/dApp). I can conduct different usability studies based on that information and provide improvement advice based on the results.I also have project management skills and experience. I was the middleman between the back-end, front-end, smart contract developers and the business operations and creative departments. I’m prioritising tasks, making sure that all deliverables are achieved and decisions made are sound. I am familiar with the SCRUM framework as I have previously worked as a scrum master as well as a product owner.
