Responsibilities:.........- Provide oversight, technical leadership, coordination and support of IT with a focus on promoting, accessing, managing accessibility- Contribute to UX design standards and standards governance committees- Effectively represents the voice of user to improve consideration of accessibility concerns in design / development- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: user experience designers, visual designers, content specialists, and developers during ideation, design, and development- Consult with teams throughout development, ensure accessibility concerns are understood, implemented, communicated- Mentor team members on accessibility related topics by managing work direction, quality control- Participate in scoping and planning of projects- Assist with training, and development of UX and Development- Manage regular accessibility assessments of enterprise websites and applications- Perform accessibility evaluations for products and services- Research, analyze, interpret a variety of inputs to conceive and document accessibility requirements- Contribute to internal innovation projects related to user experience- Providing critical analysis to the work products of designers, developers, content writers and UX- Using both Automated and Manual Accessibility inspection methods- Ability to sell ideas with strong negotiation skills- Ability to work collaboratively with team and internal clientsQualifications:- Accessibility factors, per W3C WAI specifications (WCAG, WAI-ARIA, etc.)- Advanced CSS, HTML, Design, UX- Advanced Mobile and/or Responsive Web- Native Mobile iOS, Android- JAWS, Voice Over, NVDA, Zoom Text, TalkBack, Dragon Naturally Speaking, etc.- Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications- Knowledge of Javascript, video, motion graphics, Flash, photography- Agile methodology
