As a cofounder of Emissary, I spent my time learning and growing through failure. I began asking questions about the typical motives of a philanthropy. Collaborating closely with our team we strategized only to have culture eat them for lunch. We assisted social workers with their entrepreneurial efforts, which are pressing on still. Our team made has made lasting change because we focused on the whole person of individuals, rather than the numbers game. Raising funds and growing a larger team had its challenges, but it’s part of my story.

This construction company was grassroots. Co-Founded with my Father who nearly had three decades of experience in construction at the time, I apprenticed and learned much. Metal work, framing, carpentry, project management and customer relations. Embarrassed, sincerity, generosity, and integrity in everyday work.
