I started new expansion territory for Wolf's Building Products division in Central and Western Pennsylvania , Northern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia. In the first year, my goal was to open new accounts with credit apps and vetting process. I opened 168 accounts in 2021. I also had to build close relationships with manufacturing rep’s and work together to gain market share with new stocking dealers. I won Rookie of the Year for Wolf’s Building Products Division.In year two, I worked on gaining stocking positions in more dealers to grow the Wolf name and territory.I did this through setting up product knowledge trainings with dealers for sales staffs and creating sales programs for key accounts. Had double digit growth from year one to year 2. Year 3, I added more product categories to current stocking dealers and added more stocking dealers throughout my territory. Completed both of these by staying in front of my customers and adding between 1-5 new customers each month. Had double digit growth from year 2 to year 3.

• Manage territory by calling on Distribution partners, Lumber yard channels and top contractors through job site visits, Contractor Events and training's. • Create awareness and needs through solution selling to my channels to show how contractors can save time and money by using FM products.

• Cold called on businesses in an assigned territory to sell Phone, Internet and Cable by door knocking, email and phone calls to hit sales quota every month. • Sold packages on value rather than price to find the best solution to fit the customers needs.

• Entered sales orders into SF and walking it through to Close Won by making sure that all the necessary paperwork and information that was submitted before moving the order.• Called customers to make sure all information was correct to ensure a smooth transition from their previous supplier to Time Warner.

• Worked with General Contractor on various remodels and new builds for residential and commercial jobs. • Helped with pursuing and selling jobs ($250,000 in new business in 2014) as a liason between GC and clients Skills - Framing (wood and metal), roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall ( hanging, taping and finishing), flooring (laminate and tile), masonry, finish trim.

• Managed Agents (6-7) to help sell Life Insurance to Union Members and referrals to cover them so their families wouldn’t be financially strained if the person/s was no longer there to provide. • Trained the agents to build rapport to help make the conversations flow and taught them how to close deals after presenting the options. • Helped the agents sell packages that best suited the family’s needs
