• Administers accurate inputting of sales & orders daily after store hours with the supervision of restaurant manager • Handles cash register accurately • Verify accuracy of data by reviewing correcting & re-entering of information in the data base • Assist in inventory management of stocks and supplies • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• OIC whenever the presence of the Manager is not available • Communicate with the manager regarding sales, staff and other important matters. • To assist the Store Manager in leading, directing and motivating the team to achieve the overall sales objectives and excellent level of customer service • Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction • Check the products before the opening and closing of the store • Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints. Screen job candidates by conducting interviews, giving examinations.

• Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment. • Record transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. • Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager
