( counter checking of invoice and packing list)▪️Conducts functionality test on newly acquired equipment such as appearance and efficiency check.▪️Add to machine inventory record and attach sticker label ▪️Conducting internal Calibration of all measuring equipment on our production site such as (Multimeter, Multi-tester, Gauge block, Caliper, Steel ruler, Micrometer, Standard weights, pin gauge, Dial gauge, Thickness gauge, Thermohygrometer, Hydrometer, Oscilloscope, Panel meter, Withstanding Insulation tester, Power-hi tester, Weighing scale, Thermocouple) based on calibration standards.▪️Make Calibration reports including Machine abnormality report for the equipment that fail.▪️Add to calibration inventory record and attach sticker label where calibration date and expiration date was indicated.▪️Processing "Send back" or returning machine to headquarters in Japan for repair.▪️Replacement of defective machine in production line, setup and accomplishment of machine abnormality report, repair record and transfer slip.▪️Conducts monthly inventory of all equipment, including calibrations and generates report for the management.▪️Processing of Machine for external calibration (Third party calibration)▪️Machine Disposal Documents▪️Machine Inventory▪️Measuring Equipmement Inventory▪️Fixed Asset Inventory▪️Machine Abnormality Report▪️Machine Repair Record▪️Machine Transfer Slip▪️Calibration Report▪️Loan of property▪️Certificate of operation▪️Machine Functionality record▪️Machine Verification▪️Machine Disposal▪️Machine warehouse handling Show less

As a production line maintenance technician, i tend to act immediately on production downtime due to machine breakdown and attend mechanical, electrical and electronic related trouble on different processes. With regards to this, i also handle documentations such as machine repair records and machine verification to be accomplished afterwards. We also do process improvements in accordance to the rule of production.
