Throughout my career thus far, I have had the privilege of working with some elite athletes and a wide array of sports. This has lead me to develop a unique perspective on training by taking bits and pieces of what I have learned from each program and sport that has been part of my journey.I firmly believe in developing each individual differently based upon their specific needs, while taking a holistic approach to maximizing their athletic potential through proper training, nutrition, supplementation and recovery, all while educating them along the way to ensure they have the best opportunity for a long and prosperous athletic career.
