■ Provide direct supervision to the evening/weekend staff, and assist with their training and development,while answering customer inquiries, processing registrations and checking in guests for programs■ Perform daily facility closing, operational, financial and administrative duties for evening programs■ Communicate all building rules and regulations to league coaches, officials, parents and participants■ Perform all outbound sales activities to increase participation and revenue in adult leagues, youth sportsprograms, summer camps, private events and birthday parties■ Provide accurate reports of all XL programs to the executive team via the DaySmart system (CRM)

■ Assist with all camp operations of the pre-K to 8th grade summer camp■ Assist with and supervise different age groups for camp activities on site at XL Sports, as well as fieldtrips that include swimming days, amusement parks and other venues■ Ensured campers’ safety, and help them to develop individually, be active and have a great experience

■ Provide customer service for all activities, including baseball, softball, soccer, wrestling, and fitnessparticipants and function as assistant facility manager on weekends and evenings■ Assist with team scheduling, facility operations, baseball operations and equipment management■ Coach and train youth baseball teams with players ranging from 8u-17u■ Develop new relationships, and maintain existing relationships through calls and email for travel teamopportunities, training programs, facility rentals, and tournaments

■ Assist with track operations/management of a 100,000 square foot family entertainment center■ Assist with all private events including set up, track operations and event management■ Assist with all operations of summer camp for children between the ages of 6-14
