About Jake Baldridge

I transitioned from a biochemical engineering student focused on researching regenerative scaffolds to a Regional Sales Specialist for a global welding company. The change opened my eyes to how much I thrive on helping people find solutions to their problems. The two worlds are quite different but maintain many similarities. I decided to take the experiences and become a Product Management in the medical device space. I absolutely love meeting new people, learning about their current pain points, bottlenecks, or simple issues and finding ways to make their lives easier. Now I get to help solve real world problems for surgeons and patients. I work hard to continuously grow beyond a stated job requirement by becoming the technical expert in my product areas and taking any opportunity to learn. I decided to start my MBA so I could advance my business and marketing analytics skills while continuing to grow my medical device knowledge.
