I manage client portfolios from start to finish and while providing planner services: attendance building marketing campaigns, destination specific information and creatives, connection with local government and business leaders, VIP guest welcoming, familiarization trips, and RFP distribution.

As Family Support Advisor [FSA] I worked one-on-one with families and teens who were working through a behavioral health diagnosis such as autism, obsessive compulsive disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I planned weekly therapeutic activities, maintained detailed client records, charted and tracked client's growth and success, and organized family meetings to discuss progress. I attended monthly one-on-one supervisor trainings and quarterly staff trainings and sharpened my skills at behavior interventions.
