Welcomm Communications has grown from being Leicestershire’s 1st mobile specialist retailer to the large communications specialist of today, offering a complete suite of communications solutions across mobile, fixed line, telephony, hosted and managed services. We partner with the leading networks and telecoms providers in the country to ensure we offer our customers the best communications solutions available in the market, tailored to meet the needs of their business. My job is to proactively manage and develop existing and prospective Welcomm customers within a geographical area, achieving profitable targeted levels of customer resigns and sale of mobile and fixed line telecoms solutions. Business Account Management includes sales but also includes planning and managing the full relationship between Welcomm and their customers. Key Responsibilities:- To ensure that all customers are resigned before their contract end date.- Analyse customers needs, further identifying relevant solutions.- To identify and sell suitable fixed / mobile solutions products and services in order to hit sales targets.- Customer meetings for one to one advice.- Account reviews every quarter with cost breakdown and analysis.

The role gave me the opportunity to build relationships with a wide range of people. It required the ability to anticipate needs and fulfil them promptly - a quality which transfers to mobile account management. Due to holding a position of management, I also developed the ability to anticipate and notice when something requires attention.
