Deloitte - M&AJake was a senior M&A professional who worked across a range of transactions with deal sizes up to US$2.5bn, including:• Acquisition and vendor due diligence along with vendor assist services and IPOs. For both private equity and corporate clients including Blackstone, ArcLight Capital, Carlyle Group, Wren House and Chevron. • Cross border transactions across the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.• Range of industries: financial services, energy and resources, consumer business, higher education, health care and travel/tourism. Before focusing on corporate finance Jake was a Manager in external audit. His role centered around the overall planning and execution of audit strategy, managing client relationships and developing of his teams. Some of his key clients included Centrica plc, Premier Oil plc, Baker Hughes, and Repsol Renewables.He also spent 3 months with the Repsol finance team, charged with the transition between accounting frameworks, alongside statutory accounts preparation and external audit liaison.
