    Senior Network Engineer for Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped:- Architected automated air-gapped data center networks for Kubernetes/Anthos using MP-BGP EVPN architecture on Cisco Nexus Switch (NX-OS) and Palo Alto Firewall (PAN-OS) platforms. Regularly delivered designs and supported our software team for implementation during our release cycles.- Scoped and ensured seamless delivery of physical network features for the GDCag releases. I overseen the work of 14 engineers to ensure work was scoped correctly, remained unblocked, and completed on time. This was accomplished through spreadsheet tracking, weekly syncs, leadership updates, and dev-entry slide creation.- Led network observability for GDCag Physical Networking. I have produced several observability designs around SNMP/GNMI metrics/alerts/dashboards/SLIs, pipeline optimization, and Netflow billing/metering. I also lead others to contribute runbooks and perform their own metrics selection.- Unified inside-team, cross-team, and customer interactions through the construction of policy, tooling, training, and hosting meetings. I also mentored other engineers to deliver their own policies, accelerating baselines among a greenfield team. Key artifacts include designing our 24x7 on-call program, escalation and incident management procedures, and introducing ContainerLab virtual simulation labs to onboard technicians to our product line.

Over the product life-cycle, I have minimized the metrics set to ~50 critical OIDs, as to optimize metric collection and storage in constrained environments.- Built network (7x) dashboards, (11x) alerts, and (16x) runbooks from greenfield to enable Infrastructure Operators to quickly troubleshoot and triage known network issues. I have created our Physical Network Observability Catalog to aggregate these efforts to customers and product leadership.
