As an entrepreneur who always strives for self-development, I obtained my undergraduate degree in business and economics from the University of Delaware. While attending college, I spent my time focused on my studies, while also holding several internships. These experiences, combined with my competitive sports background, allowed me to get my foot in the business world early on and hone in on the vision I have for my career and life. With each passing year, I continue to move forward and progress professionally. My time working in sales and marketing in Boston for the last 3 years has allowed me to develop an impressive set of business skills, including negotations, interviewing, hiring, training, and teambuilding. As of September 2019, I helped a leading home-energy provider expand into Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania through the inception of The Starter Group. I currently serve as the company's Hiring Director and have intentions of helping our client expand three-fold in 2020, further growing my career and leadership potential.
