Operations Risk & Control lead for the Jersey and Guernsey platforms principally involved in structuring and embedding a favorable Risk culture in line with the Wealth wide framework. Key responsibilities were:- Management and oversight of all operational risk related activities ensuring delivery of key Wealth initiatives cross jurisdiction/businesses.- Support the local Management team in defining local business strategy, assessing the risk landscape and developing clear and achievable initiatives.

Focused on the development and implementation of an integral MIS suite reporting on a circa £20bn mortgage book.- Responsible for the definition of key requirements including pre-inception solution analysis, technical specifications and stakeholder management.- Tasked with building an in-house low cost solution utilizing the existing tech infrastructure. - Delivery and ongoing technical support.Achievements- Successful implementation of an end-to-end MIS suite reporting on various metrics across the mortgage business.- Proven cycle time reductions in back office administration by automating a number of manual processes.

As custodians of a range of AMPCI’s products I was employed by BNP on a contractual basis as an analyst on a fund administration project. My responsibility was to consolidate and clean a large amount of data from various historic systems in order to assess the impact of a legacy issue involving a considerable number of clients.

As a business analyst for a bank very heavily linked to Asian and European markets my main duties revolved around support for the global investment arm:- Investment product support over a wide range of advisory and discretionary products including in house fund administration and client reporting.- Specialist support for the sales team including client demographic and financial analysis.- Database management, MIS reporting and sales target tracking. Achievements- Successful delivery of a sales target-tracking tool used for both business decision-making and staff compensation profiles.- Implementation and management of a data cube housing client demographic and financial information used to automatically generate sales support packs for business trips, effective volumetric analytics and financial accounting feeds.
