Working remotely as lead service and billing representative between Bootstrap and our commercial composting accounts, which include anyone from schools, to biotech firms, to name brand companies. I'm involved at every stage of the client experience, from onboarding through invoicing, day-to-day operations, and account closure. Internally, I sit on multiple committees and take lead or secondary roles on various projects within the organization. I also do commission-based direct sales/client acquisition. I began at Bootstrap in 2011 when I lived in Boston and grew into various administrative roles as the company grew. In 2013 I helped build and began to run the billing department as billing manager for both residential and commercial accounts. As the company continued to grow my focus shifted to commercial accounts and since the Covid-19 pandemic I have had a strong focus on rebuilding our commercial base.

This time period saw the company grow from a very small company with no office or other admin, to a successful small business with thousands of clients. I was responsible for growing the role along with the company as well as operating it smoothly.
