Over twenty five years of experience in completing manufactured gas plant (MGP) remediation, remedial design, environmental Brownfield due diligence, construction quality assurance (CQA) and oversight, demolition oversight, contracting, environmental investigations, system designs and site O&M, regulatory compliance evaluations, Site inspections, and SPCC Plans. Specialized in engineering design and management of treatability and pilot testing, DNAPL/LNAPL recovery and in-situ and ex-situ groundwater remediation systems, surface cover/capping systems, technology feasibility studies/cost analysis, stormwater management/inspections, sediment beneficial reuse, and building materials recycling/waste characterization/disposal. Provide project management and technical support for in-situ and ex-situ DNAPL/LNAPL/groundwater remediation projects, MGP projects, surface covers, system operations, permitting, brownfield redevelopment, and demolition. Project experience with multiple PRP projects, CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfield and state lead programs. Experience with numerous chemical species including: coal tar/creosotes, fuel oils, chlorinated VOCs, PCBs, PFAS, dioxins/furans, metals, inorganic species (e.g., H2S, cyanide), and pesticides.
