My role is to lead academy to achieve it's objectives. I am the manager for the U19 who are full-time and U21s. Overseeing and developing the Reserves side and JPL U7-U16 academy frame work.Managing in National Youth Alliance League, FA Youth Cup, the National College Leagues and the JPL.My roles are to manage the full programme, create and lead on my own coaching syllabus, manage staff members [including analyst team, physio, social media and coaching staff], organise fixtures, recruit players, manage the U19s and U21s.

I was the joint-manager of step 5 club Yorkshire Amateurs.I took on this role to steady the ship at the end of the season. Taking over a side that was rock bottom of the league, 16 points from safety. The budget from the club was pulled completely 1 week before the season started.As club captain I was asked to help get the club into a better position for next season. I brought in 5/6 local, young players and the form started to change at the back end of the season.

I am at Chapeltown Juniors Football Club, on a voluntary basis. I am the foundation phase lead for the chartered standard grassroots club, with over 600 young people engaging on a weekly basis. Our club has the one of the highest rates of players who sign for professional clubs within grassroots football. Each age group plays showcase games vs professional clubs and in the Garforth division 1 leagues. I have previously been in charge of coach development, arranging showcase games, as well as any trips to national tournaments we are a part of. I currently coordinate the foundation phase (4-9s). Managing the coach development and training, recruitment, fixtures. As well as taking sessions for the 4-6s, u7s and u8s.

I was named Project manager on the 'Positive Destinations Project' which is a project that got its contract renewed in March after a successful 3 years as the 'Real Chance Pathways' Project. We applied for one out of four available areas, and we're given half of Leeds to work with NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), young people. With the goal being to get them closer to positive outcomes. I was the project manager, in control of coordinating the workload for two outreach workers, a follow-up worker, a mental health worker & a marketing worker. Who are assigned different work on a 1:1 and group basis, at homes, in our centre & schools. Getting young people into different career outcomes.

I was a support worker for 16-18 year old's who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and support them intensively to help them in becoming EET (in Education, Employment or Training). This was my first job after college, one which I adapted to very quickly. This project has now been continued as the 'Positive Destinations' Project which I am project manager of.

In November 2021, I was given the opportunity to become manager of Farsley Celtic U23s, which is a national league club. Key roles include managing, game analysis, planning sessions, redeveloping the academy structure and doing media interviews for the club.

I am the owner of a private football coaching company JB Football Coaching. At JB Football Coaching, we run a coaching plan for children aged between 3-10, bridging the gap between grassroots and academy football. Giving the children a high level of coaching they wouldn't normally get at the youngest ages, with games and club coaching sessions at professional clubs.We also run the football and sports holiday camps during school holiday periods. They are lots of fun, previously we have been given 5* for 3 years in a row, having being funded by local authorities. We now have moved away from government funding and run them privately. Finally, we provide 1-1 coaching for children of all different ages and abilities. We provide detailed coaching to improve the weaknesses of young players, as well as make their strengths even stronger.In June 2023, I merged this with Yorkshire Amateurs. Creating Yorkshire Amateurs Academy.

Lead coach at CFA and with the West Yorkshire hub in Halifax. I started as a scout for the club, working my way up to being a lead coach. I have experience running tournaments and setting up fun days. I took a year out just before COVID, where I looked at more local opportunities, before resuming my role post COVID.
