Oversee all areas of the golf operation department, from facility management, tournament organising, member relations, day-to-day planning, sta operations, and functionality of the course- Provide friendly service to and building a rapport with a large number of members, ensuring their time with the course was pleasant and their needs were met- Aid in the planning and uidity of events, taking advantage of project management skills to lead sta to a successful operation and carrying out of those events- Train, guide, and oversee Golf Operations sta , ensuring they know how to do their jobs properly and are capable of carrying out their tasks- Run the day-to-day operations of the course, including smoothness of appointments, upkeep of facilities, and general servicing to both the course and equipment- Health & safety representative for Golf Operations department, which included regular inspections of property, as well as constant mindfulness to the way in which the business was operated- Creating graphic designs for both T-shirts and posters for events and shop

I worked with MCSC to develop their mobile app, “Rescu,” which allows civilians to assist in the locating of missing children all across Canada. Details of such cases can be viewed in the app and users can submit anonymous tips regarding any known information. I had to opportunity to work on both back end and front end details within the application, revamping the user interface, layout of case information, and roadmapping further development and new functionality and UX related implementations.
