Direct all aspects of a large business unit/large regional mail operation (RMO) with up to 80 full-time employees for a global technology leader delivering innovative end-to-end solutions, incorporating data capture, aggregation, workflow, data analytics and outcome resolutions to high-volume, mission-critical organizations; maintain full responsibility for the entire production facility (20K square feet) including functional staff, facility management and P&L accountability.

Supervise between 30-80 employees for a large regional mail operation (RMO). Responsible for tracking employee’s production, quality, payroll, and attendance. Provide coaching, discipline, and support in meeting team goals. Process incoming mail in the amount of approximately 1 million insurance claims/documents per month. Supports and manages from 6-9 different clients/projects simultaneously.

Supported 50 - 60 health care mailroom and data entry business units, encompassing approximately 15+/- clients/3K personnel, with day-to-day quality and operational needs for a provider of information technology services as well as business process outsourcing solutions to businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations; documented and implemented quality best practices within low-performing business units.

Supervise between 30-40 Mail Sorters for the United Healthcare West Regional Mail Operation (RMO). Responsible for tracking employee’s production, quality, payroll, and attendance. Provide coaching, discipline, and support in meeting team goals. Process incoming mail in the amount of approximately 2 million United Healthcare insurance claims per month.

Managed and developed a staff of three to four Quality Analysts and the Lead/Supervisor per project. Provide support, in a call center environment, for to up to 12 projects including Sprint, US Cellular, Fleet National Bank, AT&T, 1-800-Flowers, and Shaklee.
