* Providing construction project management services, master planning, and program management services for CSU campuses.* Working with various County Departments including Libraries, Probation, Superior Courts, Public Health, Sheriff, Fire, Parks and Recreation, and Beaches and Harbors to oversee the critical repair work required at County-owned facilities.* Overseeing dozens of projects simultaneously from the planning phase to construction and closeout. Project types include Ground-Up construction, ADA improvements, tenant improvements, HCAI (OSHPD), hazardous materials removal, HVAC upgrades, elevator upgrades, lighting upgrades, infrastructure and utilities upgrades, electrical improvements and low voltage upgrades.
