Production Roaster Position which involved working closely with Cropster to organise a roast log which served up to two tonnes of roasted coffee a day, in peak season. Roasting on Loring S15, S35 and S70. Daily cuppings and weekly profiling of new feature coffees were also a big part of the role.

Head Barista required the management of Origin Coffee's beloved Harbour Head. Adored by the locals and avid coffee lovers alike, the spot was home to a minimum of two espresso options, batch brews and a pour over menu, the recipes for which were decided by myself and my colleagues. This seasonal position enabled me to develop my brewing skills and leadership skills alike.
