As CFO at Better Place Forests (BPF), I led FP&A, Accounting, Analytics, and Legal. BPF, the first sustainable alternative to cemeteries, has raised over $80M in venture capital to revolutionize the end-of-life industry.

As a member of the Executive Leadership team, I built and led the BizOps and Analytics teams, establishing a data-driven culture to shape the strategy and operations of the business. The team drove business intelligence across all departments (including channel attribution, web analytics, SaaS metrics, unit economics, and pricing) and steered the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives.

I was the first finance hire as employee #14. I built the financial model, deployed the company's first business intelligence stack, developed the revenue recognition policy, migrated the company to GAAP accounting, and implemented a suite of business management software solutions.

I worked with a diverse client portfolio, including Fortune 500 and private equity-owned technology companies. Highlights include: leading a business operations team at a $2B PE-backed B2B SaaS firm to redesign executive-level KPIs; consulting on multiple post-merger integrations for B2B SaaS companies with a focus on organizational design, go-to-market, and product strategy; and managing a team to perform competitive research and cost benchmarking for a leading semiconductor chip manufacturer.

I worked in the Private Equity Group (PEG) conducting commercial due diligence for hedge funds and private equity clients investing in tech and media assets.

As the investment leader of the Portfolio Engineering team at the world's largest hedge fund, I oversaw portfolio management and daily trade generation for over $100 billion in assets under management. I also served as a product manager, designing and implementing complex portfolio optimization algorithms.

I began on the portfolio monitoring team and was promoted four times in my first three years out of undergrad: first to the beta and hedge trade-generation team, then to team lead, then to the alpha trade-generation team, then to team lead.

As a summer intern, I conducted research on hedge fund strategies and reported on a portfolio of hedge funds.
