This gave me a good foundation and insight into a real work place of a trade. In this post I was a general assistance to the electricians helping with a variety of electrical jobs whilst being responsible in ensuring the area was clean and safe to work in. Communication is highly important in any work force, especially when working on jobs in which it may take more than one shift to complete. Time keeping, routine and organisation both contribute to the succession of tasks I undertook. In addition to working as an apprentice I attended college on day release. I terminated this employment contract due to being offered a position within the company I presently work for.
