Jake Conger is a dedicated and accomplished individual with diverse experiences. Graduating from Baker High School with Honors-Advanced Regents with Honors Distinction, Jake has excelled academically. As a Customer Associate at Wendy's, he communicates effectively with customers and team members, manages the register, and provides menu suggestions, ensuring high-quality meals. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Jake volunteered at the Syracuse Food Bank, leading the construction of delivery boxes and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. He actively participated in the Sandwich Saturday program, delivering meals to unhoused individuals, and collaborated with fellow volunteers, fostering integrity and goodwill within the community. In YMCA Youth and Government, Jake served as the Youth Government Committee Chair and Representative. He drafted and presented bill proposals, including a cooperative corporations bill aimed at reducing taxes on co-op businesses in New York. His leadership ensured successful state conferences and positive impacts on the Syracuse community. With six years of experience in the Baldwinsville Marching Band as a Section Leader and Saxophonist, Jake contributed to outstanding performances in various competitions and parades. Notable events include the Tournament of Roses Parade and Independence Day Parade in Philadelphia. As a Bass Drummer in the Baldwinsville Indoor Percussion, Jake played a vital role in creating synchronized rhythms and helping the ensemble win the 2023 NYSPC Scholastic-A Standstill Championship. In the Baldwinsville Pep Band, Jake entertained fans and enhanced game-day experiences at Syracuse University, SUNY Cortland, and Le Moyne College.
