A passionate and committed sports professional, who has spent several years practising and developing how to create fun, engaging sessions and programs that promote holistic learning and development through physical activity, health and sport. With sports playing a massive part in my life, the drive to be able to progress and guide individuals into achieving personal goals and skills, through supportive, inclusive and safe environments has become a real focus in my approach to coaching.
