- Supervised a team of 5 AP Processors and 1 AP Analyst that processed 1,300 manual and 200 EDI invoices a week for 17 ESCO entities.- Required to monitor and distribute work load on a daily basis. Help establish and enforce new policies and procedures for AP team.- Setup and lead monthly buyer calls which helped reduce our overall invoice on hold count over a 1.5 month period by 70% (April ’15 - 800 to May ’15 - 240). Operated at a 2 month rolling average of 185.- Successfully migrated ESCO’s European Accounts Payable activity to our Irving location (May ’15 – Jul ’15). This includes all AP activity for UK, Belgium, Germany and France (5 Entities total)- Served as the project leader and main contact for the transition. Required me to travel to EU location and document processes and develop documentation to train AP staff in Irving location.- Trained AP personnel on supplier setup, invoice entry, payment processing, etc. for EU transition.- Helped develop our Shared Services monthly Dashboard which is provided to the ESCO Executive team on a monthly basis.- Dashboard reported all KPI’s and SLA compliance for the 3 work streams currently in our Irving location (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger).- Perform Intercompany Netting/Settlements analysis and execution within Oracle Netting Module- Analyze I/C relationships and balances to determine amounts that can be netted and amounts that must be settled via cash payment.

- Successfully transitioned ESCO’s Australian/New Zealand Accounts Payable activity to our Irving location. This included a total of 5 entities of full AP (4 AU, 1 NZ) and a partial transition of Indonesian Accounts Payable. (Dec ’14 – Feb ‘15)- Required me to travel to one of ESCO’s locations in Australia to document procedures and develop documentation to be used to train AP staff in Irving.- Processed all AUS/NZ EFT/Wire/Bpay’s for 4 month time period.- Trained AP personnel on supplier setup, invoice entry, payment processing, etc. for AU/NZ transition.- Integral member of a team that transitioned ESCO’s North American Accounts Payable processes from the corporate office in Portland to brand new Shared Services department in Texas. (Mar ’14 – Sep ’14)- The North America activity was the largest volume for ESCO and contained 6 total entities.- Transition took approximately 5 months which included traveling to Portland learning and documenting procedures with the Accounts Payable Manager and assisting in the building and training of a new AP team in new Irving offices.- Developed monthly reporting for Travel and Entertainment spend that is now distributed to division Presidents and VP’s of Finance. This was not being tracked prior to installation of Shared Services Department.- This task required me to learn the Concur business intelligence tool so that we could track multiple monthly spending trends.- The reports track top spenders, top expense types, hotel rates, entertainment spend, etc.- Helped lead an initiative to convert vendors from being paid via Domestic and International Wire to ACH. From March ’14 to Mar ’15 the number of wires reduced by 50% decreasing wire costs.

- Conducted audits for companies such as General Electric, Acme Brick and McKesson Corporation- Acted as the Audit Manager and Sole Auditor on the Acme Brick Audit Fall '13. The audit total doubled the amount of recoveries from the previous year. Prepared and presented the Final Report for the Acme Brick Audit- Position required me to identify duplicate/erroneous payments, price discrepancies, currency and exchange rate errors, etc. for clients.- Ranked 6th in Auditor Efficiency for the 2013 Calendar Year- Claim of the Month Runner-Up Oct. 2013

- Perform comprehensive audits by reviewing client payables and identify and facilitate all recovery methods- Conducted A/P Audits for companies such as General Electric, Brinks and Safety Kleen- Assisted in Audit Management duties for the Brinks Audit Winter '12
