As we enter into the new “Era of Automation,” there are transformational changes to business processes that will impact every job within every organization. As a result, there is a need for the most significant reskilling of the global workforce in history. That means I stay on top of technologies, trends, and best practices to determine what should be incorporated into our learning programs.✌️Just as important, my job is to develop the structures and processes that enable “the learning organization” in order to drive strategic flexibility and continuous transformation.👌The most fulfilling part of my job is leading Workforce and Professional Development initiatives as well as Continuous Improvement programs that keep business professionals and their organizations ahead of the curve in acquiring job skills for managing the rapidly changing business environment.
