• Manage and follow up with internal and external vendors to resolve maintenance issues for 40 RaceTrac/RaceWay locations.• Build and maintain positive working relationships with Store Operations as well as external vendors.• Utilize “Service Channel” to dispatch and follow up on Work Orders, generate Scope’s of Work to gather Vendor quotes, and approve Invoices.• Teach, coach, and train Store Teams on “Maintenance Best Practices” to reduce repairs spend.• Inform Store Operations teams of Repair and Maintenance spend through monthly financial presentations.• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers by completing bi-monthly store inspections to find and resolve all maintenance issues as quickly as possible.
