I have overseen the rapid growth of Carbon Revolution from a small start-up to a company supplying some of the world’s leading car manufacturers. Staff numbers have grown from 4 to over 400 whilst our production volumes grow into the tens of thousands per year supplying some of the worlds premier car makers.

I took on the role of Chairman as it became clear the company was transitioning from a pilot stage to a commercially viable business. Having been involved since the company’s origins, I was well-placed to use my skills in business transformation to oversee a dedicated team building on the company’s strong foundations.

Goodman Fielder is a leading regional food company with operations across Australia, NZ and Asia-Pacific, I ran the operational transformation activities of the company, which at the time was Australia’s largest listed food company (now owned Hong Kong/Singapore entities). Among other things, I was responsible for merger and acquisition activities across the group.

Worked for numerous Australian and global clients across numerous industry sectors and geographic regions helping solve their most important strategic challenges.

Tenix was Australia's largest defence contractor with core capabilities in aerospace, land, marine and electronic systems applications. Engineering management roles focussed on ANZAC Frigate program and M113 armoured vehicle upgrades. Tenix was acquired by BAE Systems in 2008.
