I address what the customer's issue is and provide possible solutions. All solutions are then assessed to what is feasible depending on potential variables, i.e. existing conditions, finished look, budget, ect. Once the best solution is reached, I make it happen or I find someone that can.

Managed all cashier activities by providing direction and support to all associates, help ensure all Customer Service needs are met consistently, and to be physically positioned to assist customers and employees while maintaining visibility of doors for security and loss prevention issues. Was responsible for responding to all alarm activations, greeting and acknowledging customers, and providing quick service to maximize the customer's shopping experience.

Activities included creating and refining processes (while adhering to strict company policy), developing automation techniques and programs (based in Excel and Access), producing training and procedure manuals, and entering shipping and receiving information into a data base (approximately 200 records in a 3 hour time period on average). Basic operations including: receiving and shipping, fulfilling special orders, maintaining 25-35 account balances daily, organizing and training staff to complete all duties done by shift end, implementing new and old procedure, maintaining all mechanical equipment, and to work with other management members to solve customer issues.
