- Plan and lead the commissioning schedule of assets by interfacing with the front-end project team to support: initial site selection, reviewing equipment layout for operability, and preparing commissioning resources- Establish and lead the site safety requirements during commissioning, demonstrates leadership of site safety during commissioning- Ensures all commissioning tools are available and prepared- Collaborates with design, construction, and supplier commissioning teams to prioritise and address deficiencies during commissioning and startup- Attend and qualify the operational readiness of station equipment during factory, installation, performance, and site startup acceptance testing.- Apply learnings from previous startup and operation lessons-learned by participating in design basis creation, design review feedback, HAZID’s, and HAZOP’s- Assess, evaluate, and complete operational impacted quality protocols - Accountable to transition “design-to-operation” deliverables - Ensure completion of redlined content to reflect as-build of commissioned asset (ie. capture redline changes on original design documentation, procedures, and processes)- Coordinates commissioning and startup of MOC projects
