Graduate Assistant Ticket Operations And Sales
CurrentUtilize Paciolan ticketing system including building, selling, managing inventory, online sales, promotions, communications and working with other departments such as marketing and communications to sell and promote assigned sport(s). Work with Salesforce CRM and partnerships with FEVO, VetTix, and SeatGeek to ensure tickets are distributed in many different ways. Serve as secondary ticket operations and secondary group sales contact for assigned sports.Assist in day-to-day operations of the ticket office including inbound phone calls, answering emails, and overseeing Ticket Office training. Assist in supervising basketball, gymnastics, baseball and softball events. Train Student Staff, equipment setup, and testing for gamedays. Make outbound calls for new, returning, and group sales for various sports.
