As the Deputy Chairman my responsibilities are to act as one of the ambassadors for the organisation and whilst deputising for the Chairperson at meetings to ensure that meetings are conducted efficiently and within the constitution. Furthermore I oversee accounting functions, supervision of staff and to offer support of the day to day operations. My further responsibilities are to assists the Chairperson and oversee the Treasurer in staffing and finance decisions and finally oversee the management and progression of the organisations membership.

As the Treasurer I am responsible for keeping accurate books in order to give a full financial report whenever requested.The Treasurer ensures that the Federation stays in good financial health by producing detailed financial statements and coordinating expenditure decisions.

I am a key part of the senior management team which reports back to the Shareholders, overseeing all of the firm's marketing, sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business helping with Business Development and ensuring Sales Targets are maintained.Furthermore, I work closely with the Operations Manager, Sales Manager and am responsible for overseeing their duties are carried out.

Working the business from a Starting float of only £2,000 in 5 Years I sold the business with over £100,000 of stock leaving a good reputation as one of the very few 'decent second hand car sales places' in Bristol & The South West
