Lead CFT responsible for ensuring injection mold design remained consistent with supplier needs and participated in design review, trials, and buy-offs for all new injection molds. In depth knowledge of injection molding (thermoplastic and thermoset), injection mold design and construction, painting and coatings (UV and heat cured hard coats, various decorative color painting, vacuum metallization, chrome plating, and base coating), wire harness and LED assembly, small stamping, plastic welding (hot plate, sonic, vibration, and laser), and general assembly.
