I found myself sitting at the dealer, feeling extremely frustrated with the dealership’s sales process. I spent hours of my weekend in the dealer negotiating, waiting on paperwork from the finance department, and dealing with a pushy sales/management team. I decided to make it my mission to find a better way to service dealership clientele, and not lose sight of the importance of customer satisfaction. After a few years in the business, I opened my company On-Point Fleet LLC.My company was created with the vision to assist qualified dealerships that are interested in increasing their visibility to customers who are tired of the typical dealership sales experience.
