I am a passionate, supportive and dedicated educator & leader who is passionate about student progress and behaviour. I am a qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead, and have immense experience within the Senior Leadership hierarchy. I am currently a Senior Leader for Behaviour, Culture & Education aswell as Head of Administration, however only a Maternity Cover Tempoary role, then I am looking to progress in my aims of achievening a Headteacher position. Aswell as this, I an currently a experienced Food Technology, Geography, RE & English Teacher, and I have had a award for most imrpoved grades teacher. I have experience within being a Head of Year, and a Head of Department aswell.
