With customer service being paramount in my mind I ensure that I listen very attentively so that I can fully understand my clients needs in order to assist them in a complete manner. I have also worked in a contact centre for the mortgage team. This deals with taking inbound calls to answer customer queries and provide expert knowledge about the products and services we offer as well as making customers aware of other products we can provide to cross sell things like life and home insurance policies.

I case manage these applications to ensure a smooth journey from point of application to the draw down of the loan. I also conduct appointments for existing customers who are wanting to change the interest rate on their loans.
