Jake has nearly 16 years of experience in information technology, the last 10 with Crowley Fleck PLLP. His focus for the firm has ranged from managing user support, System Administrator responsibilities for several critical systems, and promoting and developing the information technology department’s growth, capabilities, and cohesiveness. Additionally, Jake is responsible for developing and maintaining Crowley Fleck’s Information Privacy and Security policies and procedures, along with responding to potential security breaches, evaluating risks, and orchestrating audits of the technology environment for adherence to firm policies and procedures while acting as the firm's Co-Chief Information Security Officer.
