  As a member of the Learning and Development team I travel the UK (virtually in the current climate) delivering an array of courses:* Deliver Qualsafe accredited First Aid Training to those working directly with Children and Young People.* Deliver a variety of other specialist Accredited First Aid courses such as First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Anaphylaxis Awareness.* Youth Mental Health First Aid* Deliver Health and Safety Awareness Training to Foster parents.* Delivery of the CPI’s accredited MAPA (Managing Actual Potential Aggression) Training to Foster parents and staff who deal with Children who display Challenging Behaviour.* When not delivering training, I work with the L&D team to develop New or Existing training courses both Face to Face and E-Learning delivery and supporting materials for staff and foster parent training (Such as: Medication and Health Care, CEOP modules, Trans Gender, E-Safety for Foster parents).* Carry out associated admin for courses that I deliver (i.e. scheduling & attendance, sourcing materials and Logging Attendance etc).* Planning and scheduling a national training calendar for both Foster Parents and Staff training.
