I am an extremely hardworking and enthusiastic travel writer and blogger originally from the UK (my blog is brainbarrel.uk). However, I currently travel the world visiting paradisical locations - surfing tropical oceans whilst writing (combining two wonderful passions!).Writing has featured throughout my life. Now, I mainly focus on travel, philosophy and poetry. Nevertheless, I am exceptionally skilled at being incredibly adaptable to suit the requirements of the job at hand. Communicating is my strongest asset outside of writing. Subsequently, I pride myself in delivering the best service by truly understanding the needs of the client.I have travelled solo across Europe, Central America, Africa, Asia and Australia. At 26 years old I have huge ambition to see much more of the world whilst writing. In January 2024 I shall travel to Ecuador. I am incredibly flexible and open to any right opportunities should they present themselves.Alongside my experience of blogging and personal writing, I have years of experience working within the public sector as an Outreach Casework Officer and Employment Advisor. These job roles involved huge amounts of writing by communicating with government agencies, companies and employers.Furthermore, I achieved a First Class Honours as a Bachelor of Sociology at Manchester Metropolitan University. This course demanded the construction of high-quality reports and essays, which crafted me into a solid writer. I have only included relevant writing positions on 'Experience' section.My goal is to become a completely independent freelance writer and travel the world whilst doing so. As a result, I am incredibly motivated and dedicated to my craft.
