I was born in Salt Lake City, UT, and I've been fortunate to call most of the southwest United States my home. I live for my family and my faith. I love the drums in any way, shape, and form. I've traveled across continents playing music, I feel passionate about connecting cultures, and firmly believe that there are few problems that a good meal can't help. I'm currently completing a master's degree in International Affairs and Global Enterprise at the University of Utah. I firmly believe that the world is getting smaller every day, and we need to confront global issues with humility and education. My years as a traveling musician in an American Folk Music group around the world convinced me that there is a bigger need now than ever for intercultural competence, communication skills, and respect. I love working for the wonderful Utah Housing Corporation as an escrow/tax specialist. I'm deeply interested in companies such as this that serve communities entering new markets, especially when that includes translation and localization. I love laughing and sharing that gift with others. I've got no time for condescending people, I enjoy Ron Howard films, and if you ever want to discuss Peruvian food, I'm your guy!
