Involved in the Boeing Mechanical Indicators Project in developing Dials with reference to laser engraving.• 8-10 Months in - Rotated into the Trade Compliance department, looking at and managing Import & Export data, from EUU’s to Licensing information, and performing denied part screening of contacts.• 10-18 Months in - Worked under the Programmes Manager, learning about Programme Lifecycle Management, classifying programmes, and obsolescence management.• 18-27 Months in - My final placement was the Continuous Improvement department, my first task was developing a Level 2 DLA for the Engineering Department. I have also maintained the site’s DLA’s, while working with the BEMI Capsule team to produce SPC data, and developed another Level 2 DLA for OEM.

Funded by a Royal Astronomical Society Paneth Trust grant for a research project focussing on the new Martian Basaltic breccias - such as NWA 11220, paired with NWA 7034 (Black Beauty). I compared these breccias to other extraterrestrial samples using EDS & BSE techniques to work towards the regolith or volcanic breccia hypothesis associated with the formation of these breccias.
