Managing operations at Delta Sheet Metal. Focused on project and team performance, cost engineering, optimizing material procurement, VDC workflows, SOPs, productivity analysis and building Shop Standards for all three departments: drafting, fabrication and field installation.Implemented our new estimating software to refine our sheet metal bid process and change order desk, creating greater transparency and effective hand-offs of information to our operations team/PMs. Developed our barcoding system to solidify our material tracking software, material consumption database for project percent complete analysis, real-time supply chain communication systems, and cost-to-complete formula.Optimizing cost-to-complete analysis and project budgeting tools to maintain operational targets throughout the project.
