I am fascinated by plant-microbe and microbiome interactions, and learning how those interactions can be utilized. I am a Masters of Science in Plant Agriculture graduate from the University of Guelph with a background in agricultural and industrial microbiology and biotechnology. I have technical experience in experimental design and statistics, agricultural fieldwork, microbial culture techniques and genetic techniques. At the University of Guelph I studied plant microbes in Dr. Manish Raizada's lab for beneficial microbes where I trialed microbes to control FHB and GER.
